Advisory Manager, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences (Multiple Positions), PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC, New York, NY. Provide clients in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry with management, technology and risk consulting services to help anticipate and address their most complex business challenges. Translate process execution and analysis into a business strategy that transforms operations to drive both growth and profitability by reviewing, measuring, analyzing, assessing, and reporting on gathered data and developing solutions or alternate methods of delivery.  

Demonstrate in-depth technical expertise. Establish and maintain client relationships and understand business needs and issues facing clients in healthcare industries. Coach staff and provide feedback in a timely manner.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration or a related field, plus (5) five years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceuticals, Business Administration or a related field, plus (2) two years of related work experience.

Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:

  •   Conducting Voice of the Customer Analysis, both qualitative and quantitative (surveys, analytics, ethnographic studies and customer journey mapping);
  •   Conducting customer segmentations and segmentation strategies to include utilization of socioeconomic, behavioral or attitudinal, and wants-and-needs based techniques;
  •  Performing capability gap analyses and other-related customer-facing capabilities;
  •  Developing customer-centric operating models to include Customer Experience Design;
  •  Analysis and understanding of Behavioral Psychology as it pertains to driving adoption of new offerings and how the specific economic implications of those adoptions play out;
  •  Sales Funnel optimization, including strategic account management, channel strategy, sales force design, online/sales force complementation, and consultative sales techniques; and,
  •  Reviewing, measuring, analyzing, assessing, and reporting on the operational performance of client’s business operations.

Travel up to 80% of the time is required.
