Welcome to the AAPS 2019 PharmSci 360 Career Development Center in San Antonio, TX! As a recruiter your company will have access to thousands of job seekers and passive candidates attending AAPS PharmSci 360 with a marketing reach to AAPS’ over 8,000 members. The AAPS Career Development Center provides you and your organization a variety of opportunities to meet your recruitment needs. However you choose to participate, the AAPS Career Development Center is the perfect opportunity to interact with qualified candidates from across the country and fill your open positions.

Hours of Operation

Monday, November 4, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CDT
Tuesday, November 5, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CDT
Wednesday, November 6, 2019 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. CDT

Follow the steps below to complete setting up your account:

1. Order a recruitment package by logging into the Exhibitor Portal or contact Katherine Wrona at WronaK@aaps.org or +1.703.248.4739.

Once you have purchased a recruitment package, AAPS will provide you with login credentials to complete the steps below

2. Update your company profile.

3. Add attending recruiters.

4. Post your positions that you want visible to attendees.

5. Search candidate database.
Search resumes of candidates attending PharmSci 360 and start scheduling interviews.

6. Schedule Interviews.
Schedule interviews with onsite candidates.

Premium Package

• 36” round table w/ 3 stools and ID sign with company logo.
• 3 CDC personnel badges.
• Company Profile on event website, mobile app, and Career print brochure.
• Access to the new Career Development Center platform (review resumes, communicate with potential candidates, set up meetings or interviews in advance).
• 5 job postings on the new Career Development Center platform (additional postings available for purchase).
• Private interview space .

Price: $4,500 Standard Rate


Standard Package
