Lilly's Biotechnology Center in San Diego is looking to expand its capabilities in systems biology research applied to immunology. We are looking for a highly motivated and agile scientist. Your contributions may include independently perform multivariate analysis of the innate and adaptive immune responses to identify key response indicators; analyze transcriptional profiles for differential gene expression characterization; analyze pathways to understand the biological functions behind the list of differently expressed genes; built prediction models for immune response by adopting classifications methods or deep learning methodology. Key responsibilities may include:
Investigate analysis and machine learning algorithms to develop genetic signature of innate immune response.
Collaborate with IG scientists develop and test hypothesis of novel mechanism of Immunogenicity.
