Execute, maintain and optimize Lilly's clinical trial budgeting process
Complete budget development, coordination and communication at a trial and/or country level.
Process incoming budget requests, review protocols, identify procedure codes, review company and industry cost data, prepare budgets, network/validate key assumptions, evaluate risk, and facilitate alignment.
Facilitate business process and fair market value consistency across therapeutic areas, studies and countries.
Analyze clinical trial progress and costs, benchmark information from external and historical data sources, identify potential improvement opportunities, handle study close-out activities, and use metrics to drive increased accountability.
Own the identification of business process gaps, investigate potential opportunities, and provide solutions to address gaps.
Support data elements for budgeting processes
Develop clinical study negotiating strategies, communicate Lilly's position on various financial issues, control study expenditures, collect feedback and facilitate communication with the appropriate study team, TPO or affiliate/regional/global personnel.
