Develop Lonza’s presence on the global Small Molecule market through strategic development of our solid dosage forms offer. Position can be located anywhere in the United States (home-based).
Develop and execute a strategic plan for Lonza to significantly grow its presence in solid dosage forms
Define the requirements for a team within a matrix organisation to develop new offerings for solid dosage forms: identification of molecules where Lonza can expect to leverage its capabilities, working with R&D to develop the technologies and offerings according to a defined plan; managing the commercial interaction pre & post launch
Actively manage the portfolio of solid dosage forms products, with a view to maximizing Gross Profit, through both operational & commercial actions
Develop appropriate business models for the market to maximize mid-term stability
Work across business units & divisions to gain alignment on the approach to solid dosage forms technologies (e.g. API, CDS) to maximize the Lonza opportunities
Work with the Sales organization, developing the necessary skill set to ensure commercial goals are achieved
Ability to identify creative commercial, workable solutions.
Proven persuasive communication skills in a highly technical and scientific environment.
Master’s degree in Life Sciences discipline (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering)
Substantial experience working in commercial development
Substantial experience with Solid Dosage Forms
