The drug delivery research team under the leadership of Dr. Giovanni M. Pauletti is seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral research associate with broad interest in biopharmaceutics and formulation development. Dr. Pauletti's lab works closely with The Center for Clinical Pharmacology, a collaboration between Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO and the University of Health Sciences & Pharmacy in St. Louis, MO.
You will participate in collaborative industry-academia research efforts aimed at creating and testing novel drug delivery systems with the objective to establish predictive physiologically-based pharmacokinetic models.

The position is available immediately for an initial twelve (12) month appointment with the possibility for extension.
Recent PhD graduates with a strong background in pharmaceutics or biomedical engineering and a good foundation in pharmacokinetics are strongly encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in polymer formulation development/assessment, LC-MS/MS analysis, in vitro cell culture techniques, and pharmacokinetic modeling.
