The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) requests applications for a non-tenure track faculty position at the rank of Academic Instructor or Assistant Professor. The position will be located in Amarillo, Texas and begins in August 2022. The successful candidate will teach pharmaceutical science courses (e.g., pharmacology, pharmacotherapy, compounding, etc.), supervise pharmacy compounding laboratory, aid problem-based learning, engage in scholarly activities and provide service to TTUHSC.  This position will include scholarship in teaching and learning and academic service responsibilities in addition to instructional assignments.
