								<description>New Jersey,  Strategic Account Manager, Cell and Biomarker Preservation (Multiple Positions), Becton Dickinson and Company, Franklin Lakes, NJ.  Build and execute business programs with the top 10 biopharma organizations in their territory. Drive growth of the company&#8217;s Cell and Biomarker Reservation portfolio by estimating the company as the partner of choice for biopharma clinical trial design and execution. Build deep relationships with R&#38;D, clinical operations, procurement, and lab leaders at top biopharma accounts to ensure company technologies are specified into trial protocols. Develop strategic account plans with regular executive engagement, which include quarterly business reviews and program roadmaps. Influence and partner with CROs, dealers, and kitters to ensure seamless execution of the company&#8217;s solutions across global trial networks. Collaborate internally with marketing, scientific affairs, and global account teams to create enterprise strategies for priority customers. Track, report, and forecast performance metrics, identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning. 
 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Salary: 164,800.00/yr. Standard company benefits. 
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS : 
 Bachelor&#8217;s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Biological Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience. 
 Must have three (3) years of experience with/in the following: 
 
 Strategic sales within life sciences, diagnostics, or biopharma; 
 Building executive relationships and influencing clinical trial design and operations; 
 Clinical Research workflows, biomarker development, and pre-analytical variables; 
 Working with or selling to CROs, biopharma, or clinical trial support organizations; 
 Creating new business opportunities and driving long-term partnerships; 
 Developing competitive strategies thorough competitive intelligence and market analysis; and 
 Delivering consultative sales, clear and articulated company pre-analytical controls for data quality, regulatory compliance, and trial success. 
 
 Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer. 
 Up to 75% domestic travel required.
